We have 3 convenient locations in western Arkansas and we are ready to fill your prescriptions. Check out our staff page and get to know your pharmacists, techs, and customer service representatives at your MediSav.

Compounding

We can compound anything. Bring us your prescriptions for hormones, creams, and suppositiories. We can even make flavored medications for your pets. Our compounding services are very broad. Bring us your compound prescription.

Vaccinations

Our pharmacists are certified to give many types of vaccinations. We offer flu vaccines, pneumonia vaccines, Zostavax vaccines (shingles vaccine), and B12 shots. If you are needing something that is not listed, just ask.

Medical Equipment

Come in to our Rogers avenue location and check out the wide variety of medical equipment we have available. Lift Chairs, Hospital Beds, Oxygen, Bathroom Equipment, Walkers, Scooters, Power Wheelchairs, Vehicle Lifts, Wheelchairs, and lots more.

Oxygen

We can help you with your oxygen needs. We bill Medicare and other insurances. Oxygen is considered a drug by the FDA. It requires a prescription from your doctor. Oxygen Therapy is a covered item by Medicare and most insrance. All insurances including Medicare have coverage criteria that must be met before payment is made, and some will require prior authorization. We will verify your individual insurance coverage so you know exactly wha your coverage will be. You must have a pulse oximeter reading of 88% or less, or a blood test showing oxygen saturation of 55 or less to qualify for Medicare payment of oxygen. This test must be done in a timely manner to qualify for payment. Call us for more details for your individual case. At MediSav we take care of all your paperwork for your insurance and/or Medicare. Cholesterol Checks

We offer cholesterol checks at our Rogers avenue location. We suggest you fast 12 hours prior to being tested for the most accurate reading. We want you to know your numbers. Your cholesterol check will include, Total Cholesterol, HDL, Total Cholestreol/HDL ratio, Triglycerides, LDL and Glucose. The pharmacist will be available to answer any questions and go over your numbers at your request. The fee for this service is $30. We do not bill insurance for this service.

Delivery

Our delivery service is offered to our customers that live in Fort Smith, Barling and Charleston. The delivery fee for these locations is $2.00.  If you live outside of the specified areas we will gladly mail your medications to you. You will be responsible for any mailing charges that are incurred. Our medical equipment department also offers some delivery, for prices and locations please inquire at 1-800-medisav.

Blood Pressure Checks

We will be glad to check your blood pressure for you. Free of charge. All we ask is that you come and take a seat for 5 minutes then someone in our staff will check your blood pressure.

Equipment Repair

Our medical equipment division located at 8820 Rogers avenue will be glad to repair your medical equipment.  We have technicians that are qualified to repair-lift chairs, wheelchairs, scooters, power chairs, walkers etc. There is a $25 bench charge for diagnosis of the problem. Additional charges will apply to repair your equipment.

Vehicle Lifts
